Thank you for shopping with Wild Faith Gear. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Our Print-On-Demand Promise
All Wild Faith Gear products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.
When We Make It Right
We will gladly replace or refund your item at no cost to you if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your item has a misprint, manufacturing error, or quality issue
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for all defect or error claims.
How to Start a Claim

- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo showing the issue
- We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
We handle each case individually and will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation. You will not be required to return the defective item in most cases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and contact us — we will do our best to assist you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wild Faith Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit prior to delivery, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
